GBX is a member of the GSX group of companies, of which GSX Group Limited is the ultimate parent of the GSX Group. GBX proposes to establish the Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange (GBX) and obtain approval from the Gibraltar regulator in the Gibraltar DLT regulatory framework.

GSX operates two markets:

(A) GSX The main market, the regulated EU market, is recognized by ESMA and the United Kingdom Tax Authority (HMRC) under S1005 (1) (b) The Income Tax Act 2007 for funds and debt securities.

And

(B) GSX Global Market, a self-regulatory market that is a multilateral trading system (MTF), as specifically defined in the Financial Markets Directive 2004/39 / EC (MiFID) for funds and debt securities.
